When you’re really looking for cheap laptop computers, the best place to shop is always going to be online.  Through websites like Sears.com or Overstock.com you can find great computers that aren’t available at any store.  But remember to still stick with brands that you can trust like Toshiba, HP or even Dell, otherwise you could end up with cheap laptop computers that aren’t worth the money in the long run.
